Protecting the Environment (LEED)

Green construction...

Organization, professionalism, ecological ethics, quality, flexibility...

LEED construction calls upon the highest standards to create environmentally-friendly projects.

- Maximum re-use of forms (as with the modular system which enables to use up to 50 times less material for the erection of formworks)
- Maximum re-use of cut wood
- Recycling and sorting of construction waste - wood, concrete, paper and metal are placed in appropriate bins
- Hauling of material from locations near the construction site so as to minimize pollution caused by delivery trucks

At Alliance, we believe in the importance of contributing to the creation of a better and healthier environment for all. We hope to sustain our commitment by completing the most environmentally certified projects. Since the application of the new standard, over 20 % of projects completed by Alliance are LEED certified. We are seeking to increase this number in the future.
