BubbleDeck® is a formwork pre-slab system, prefabricated in a factory and installed on the construction site with shoring. The system consists of recycled plastic hollow balls embedded in a bi-axial slab, in which the balls replace and eliminate a portion of concrete without affecting its structural performances. Building the project, first of its kind in America, needed exceptional logistics and coordination. The Alliance team knew how to lead the project through innovation while increasing once again its expertise.
